On Wednesday, February 26th EMPOWERED MOVEMENT was held at Antique Loft in Hoboken, New Jersey. Women gathered to support WomenRising, a non-profit that provides resources for women and families who are victims of domestic violence in Hudson County.

Guests enjoyed workouts from Jenny Nisler of Impact Group Fitness and Julie Insogna-Jarrett, Owner, Prime Cycle + Body. Lindsay Monal followed with a sound bath meditation. To conclude the night, our Founder Nicole Teitler of Nikki On The Daily moderated a panel discussing Women Supporting Women.
