EMPOWERED MOVEMENT landed in its second city, Hoboken, New Jersey, on June 7th 2023 at Local Barre Social Club. Despite the hazardous air quality from the Canadian wildfires, guests enjoyed a panel moderated by our Founder Nicole Teitler. Panelists included Katie Knowles of Local Barre Social Club, Jacey Lambros of Jane DO, Julie Insogna-Jarrett of Prime Cycle + Body. After the panel Knowles lead a barre class.
